Designs Of A Waterproof House
Hi bloggers, my name is Nicholas and I have got another thing to show you. In reading we had to design a waterproof house. It was part of our reading activity (the main focus was summarising and synthesising). The design had to have some features, such as it had to be high and also we had to have some features from a book that we read called 'Building for the Future'. Let me show you my work.
I really enjoyed this task and hope we can do more things like this in the future. If you liked my work please comment and also give me feedback. Bye!

Tiritiri Matangi
Hi guys so we went to Tiritiri Matangi. If you don't know what Tiritiri Matangi is it's a wildlife sanctuary with lots of endangered animals . Tiritiri Matangi lies in the Hauraki Gulf of New Zealand, 3.4 km east of the Whangaparaoa Peninsula in the North Island and 30 km north east of Auckland.
It was a really cool experience and I really enjoyed it. We went there because it was part of inquiry. Our inquiry topic was endangered animals and how can we try to save them? My highlight would be when we saw a black robin those are really rare and also we saw a rare duck I forgot the name. If you would like to visit the site here it is http://www.tiritirimatangi.org.nz/
and also here are some photos.
